Key Features:

  • Standard Dimensions: Each panel measures 2,400 mm in length, 600 mm in height, and 45 mm in thickness. Custom sizes are available upon request to accommodate specific excavation requirements.

  • Lifting and Handling: All panels are equipped with lifting lugs, ensuring safe and straightforward handling. They can be stacked to a depth of 3,000 mm using extension joiners and are compatible with small excavators typically utilized in cemetery operations.

  • Spreader Bars: The base unit includes four spreader bars, while stacking panels require only two per set. Adjustable or fixed-length spreader bars are available, with standard sizes ranging from 600 mm to 900 mm.

  • Optional Legs: For excavations in standard soil conditions, 600 mm high legs are available, providing an additional working depth below the base of the shield. ​

  • Compliance: These shields meet global safety standards, including AS 4744.1-2000 (Australian Standard), BS EN 1331.142 (British European Standard), and 29CFR Part 1926 OSHA Sub Part P (USA Standard), ensuring reliable protection during cemetery excavations.
